What is the most important thing to look after on daily basis? Here’s a hint; we abuse it by applying tons of products and let’s be honest, it’s the one thing that reflects the true YOU…yes ladies it’s your “SKIN”.
We jam it with beauty products as if the heat exposure isn’t enough damage; it is a very vulnerable gift and yes we do abuse it, so I’m not going to let you wait for long to know how to care for your skin here are 4 simple basic steps to avoid aging, acne and to minimize the damage. I start and end my day by these steps, plus the sunscreen for mornings. Of course by now you’re familiar with your skin type (normal, dry, sensitive, oily or combined) and if you don’t, you need to know to able to give it the proper care. Here we go: Step one: Wash. Washing my face to remove any make-up residue from the night before and before I apply anything to my face in the morning, I tried lots of products until I found my favorite (and by favorite I mean the one product that provided my skin what it needs to look radiant and glowing). Try using a soap-free product to prevent dryness; I use “KIEHLS” Calendula Deep Cleansing foam.
Step two: Tone .
Toning helps in minimizing pores, especially for those who wear heavy creams/products on their face. The toner provides a dual action; cleansing and balancing the skin. I use”Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol-Free Toner”
Step three: Moisturizing.
Moisturize, moisturize and moisturize, I can’t put enough emphasis on how important this step is; It is crucial especially during the really hot or extremely cold days; imagine how you much you can’t fight thirst that’s exactly how your skin feels if you deprive it from the moist it needs. As much as you remember to drink please remember to hydrate your skin. My moisturizer is “Ultra Facial Oil-Free Lotion”
Step four: Eye Cream.
It is a very sensitive area; so you have got to be very careful with what you use, do not cheap out on eye creams ladies; be specific put your finger on what is this area suffering from; is it puffiness? dark circles? fine-lines or wrinkles? Know the answer and find a suitable eye cream to control the damage or prevent it from happening. I use “Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado” Other Recommendations ❤ |
